Deposit or pay in full

50% Deposit — $249.50: Starts your project and reserves build time. The remaining $249.50 balance is due after you review the completed platform and before it goes live.

Pay in Full — $499: Pays the complete one-time setup price at checkout. The monthly platform plan still begins when the platform launches.

Monthly platform plan — $50/month: Required beginning on the launch date under a 12-month service agreement. It covers hosting, security, member tools, software maintenance and technical support. The customer manages everyday posts, members and moderation on this plan.

Optional monthly management

• Managed — $149/month: Up to four content updates, monthly events and announcements, weekly moderation review and basic member support.
• Growth — $299/month: Up to 12 updates, news publishing, moderation three times weekly, member assistance and monthly growth reporting.
• Fully Managed — $599/month: Weekday content, daily moderation, member support, events, news, marketplace and advertiser management.

You can choose a management upgrade before launch. Management pricing includes the required platform fee.

What happens after checkout?

1. Day One contacts you for your community name, logo, colors, photos, administrator details and rules.
2. We build the first version and send it to you for review.
3. You approve the platform and pay any remaining setup balance.
4. We launch your community and begin the selected monthly plan.

Important limits

The $50 platform plan includes up to 500 registered members and standard photo/file storage. Heavy video hosting, livestreaming, native Apple/Android apps, premium domains, paid third-party services and unusual integrations are quoted separately.

Managed Service Ownership & Exit Terms

This purchase is for a managed online service—not the sale of a domain, source code or platform. Day One Sites manages the domain and owns its reusable code, templates and platform systems. Customer-supplied logos, trademarks, photos and other materials remain the customer’s property.

The customer receives the right to use the platform while all required charges remain current. Service may be suspended if the account becomes unpaid or is canceled.

Leaving Day One: All outstanding charges and the applicable transfer fee must be paid before an eligible domain is released. The standard domain release fee is $299. Domain transfer does not include proprietary Day One source code, templates, platform software or backend systems. Broader transfers require a separate written quote.

Completing checkout confirms acceptance of these terms and the complete Day One Sites service agreement.
