How to Order Bulk Company Shirts in St. Louis & Metro East
Ordering shirts for an entire company starts with a clear brief. Whether you are planning 100 employee shirts or requesting a quote for 5,000 or more, the same details help a printer give you useful pricing: garment, quantity, artwork, print locations, sizes and delivery date.
618DTF is based in Cahokia Heights, Illinois, serving St. Louis and Metro East businesses. Our bulk company shirt quote form lets you send those details and request an email or text reply without a phone call.
1. Start with how the shirts will be used
A warehouse uniform, restaurant staff shirt and one-day company event can call for different garments. Tell us whether the shirts are for daily work, employee appreciation, a fundraiser or a giveaway. Include your preferred shirt brand or fabric if you already have one. If you do not, describe what matters: fit, weight, color or budget.
2. Separate your estimated quantity from your final size list
You can request initial pricing before every employee has chosen a size. State the estimated total and identify any extended sizes. Before approving the order, replace estimates with a confirmed size breakdown. Keep different garments, colors and locations on separate lines.
| Location | Garment / color | Size | Quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main shop | T-shirt / navy | L | 50 |
| Main shop | T-shirt / navy | XL | 75 |
| Second location | T-shirt / gray | L | 40 |
3. Send the artwork and specify every print location
A small left-chest logo and a full-back design are different print requirements. List the front, back and sleeve artwork separately. Upload your available logo files rather than relying on a screenshot when a better original exists. If you only have a screenshot, say so; the artwork needs to be reviewed before production is confirmed.
Our quote form accepts logo uploads and an artwork link. You do not need finished print files to begin the conversation.
4. Give the in-hand date and delivery ZIP
The event date is not always the delivery date. If you need time to distribute shirts to multiple departments, include that in your requested in-hand date. For multiple locations, share the destination list and any packing requirements so those details can be reviewed in the quote.
Bulk finished apparel has its own production schedule. A turnaround advertised for DTF transfers does not establish the delivery schedule for a large finished-shirt order.
5. Compare complete quotes
Compare the same garment, quantity, sizes, print locations and delivery arrangements. Ask which charges are included and whether there are size-related, artwork, packaging or shipping charges. A lower headline price is only useful when you know what it covers.
6. Approve the details before production
Confirm the final quantities, garment colors, artwork placement, payment terms and delivery schedule. If you need the shirts separated by department or location, get that requirement into the order before approval.
Planning 1,000–5,000+ company shirts?
Submit your estimated quantity and project details for individual review. Pricing, garment availability, production capacity and delivery must be confirmed before an order is accepted. No payment is collected by the quote request form.
